The pandemic requires us to make an exodus from our old ways, from the life we were living. We left Egypt and are now passing through a narrow place. We can view this pandemic as living enslaved in Egypt or experiencing plagues. We can also view the conditions of our society that don’t care for individuals that are being starkly exposed now as plagues.

We had people pick parts of the seder plate, and throughout the seder, we'll have people explain what it traditionally symbolizes, and what it means to them now during this time.
