Maggid:  The Telling of the Story of Passover

The Four Questions: (to be asked by the youngest two at the table)

Readers (the youngest at the table):  Why is this night different from all other nights?

1. On all other nights we eat both leavened bread and matzah, but tonight we eat only matzah.

2. On all other nights we eat any kind of green vegetable, tonight only bitter herbs.

3. On all other nights we do not dip even once, tonight we do so twice.

4. On all other nights we eat either sitting or reclining but tonight we all recline.
