I choose this clip because it explains what is the point of the Afikoman and why we eat it. On Passover night we break the Matzah up and we hide one of the pieces which is the Afikoman and we save that as our last meal our desert before we clean up. The point of eating Matzah is in memory of the quick flight of our ancestors from Egypt. As slaves, they had faced many false starts before finally being let go. So when the word of their freedom came, they took whatever dough they had and ran with it before it had the chance to rise, leaving it looking something like matzah.
