So what does Yachatz mean to oneself? Well I think that it is a symbolic gesture, as I was scrolling to see what clip I was going to add to this slide, I saw a very interesting one that I did not add. It went into how the Splitting of the Matzah could be like the Splitting of the Sea. Also part of the reason I added the following commentary was because it mentioned how Afikomen means Dessert in greek. So why do we call the hidden Matzah that the kids find the Dessert. After doing somethinking I came to the conclusion that perhaps it could be that throughout the course of the seder the adults will converse, potential argue, and when the Child finds the dessert and brings it to the table it could make everything sweeter.
