Urchatz:

Next, we wash our hands in water without saying a bracha.  But why? Why don't we say a bracha?

One popular reason that we DON'T say a bracha is to encourage people to ask questions.

What are some questions you could ask at this point?

Another interesting interpretation of URCHATZ is that as we wash our hands for the first time this evening, we remember that we are free. We can wash our hands when and how we want to.

Thought questions: In what ways are we free today? What does freedom mean for Jews in America? For Jews around the world? What does freedom mean for people of all backgrounds around the world? Are there many who are not free?
