Water is refreshing, cleansing, and clear. As a symbol of purification, we will wash our hands twice during our seder. Why do we wash out hands so often? The answer is not hygiene. After forty years under the scorching desert sun, the Israelites were totally disoriented. Whenever they asked Moses, "Have we washed out hands?", he invariably replied, "I don't remember. Let's wash them again, just to be on the safe side." 

To instruct us how to wash our hands properly, Ellen, can you please demonstrate how to wash hands.
