As we prepare to eat, we must wash our hands again. Last time we sung a song, and cleansed our spirits and minds. This time we'll say a prayer, and cleanse our hands so that we can eat with them!

Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-olam, asher kid’shanu b’mitzvotav v’tzivanu al n’tilat yadayim.

We praise God, Ruler of Everything, who made us holy through obligations, commanding us to wash our hands.
