Passover in 2020:

We can all say that this Passover is one unlike any other that most of us have experienced in our lifetime.

COVID-19 is the new reality: social distancing has been put in place, and leaving the house is something we now are trying to limit.

Passover is one of these holidays where the more people the merrier. Friends, family, and even strangers join our Seder and that's what makes this such a special time.

Sadly this year, none of these things can be reality.

Food is another thing on Passover: the matzah, the apples, the wine and the bitter herb. While we may not be able to have all the foods that resígnate with  Passover, it is more important to know that there are people who are locked away in isolation.

So what I would say for this Passover is: its not about the food, or all the missing guests, it is about sending love in the world to those who need it the most.
