This clip relates to the previous clip as well, but it expresses more of a feeling or thought that although the first step of accomplishing a goal is to choose one, the most important one is to follow through and act on that goal. For example, during Nirtzah we exclaim "Next Year in Jerusalem!", something that seems meaningless and just as words, but can also be a goal as well. When we say this phrase, it can mean that we are free now and have the ability to be in Jerusalem, it can also be taken literally and be interpreted as a desire to have Pesach in Jerusalem next year. Although this is unlikely, it is important because it can show us that if we want to achieve our goals, we have to fully commit to it, and an example of this in the seder is when we say this phrase.
