This is my favorite recipe for passover:

1 sheet aviv matzah.

1 cup gefen tomato sauce. 

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Instructions: Put 1 cup gefen tomato sauce on 1 sheet aviv matzah and leave it in the oven at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 5 minutes. then add the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top. 

then enjoy
