(Reader: Zach)

I feel green and renewed with the spring. I am crying for the poverty and hunger now and ahead.  I feel sad and shutoff from the my community.  I am so happy to be here celebrating with you. I fear for everyone's health and our social institutions and zoom glitches. This meal is going to be delicious. Do I contradict myself?

Very well then I contradict myself,

(I am large, I contain multitudes.)

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הָאֲדָמָה

Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-olam, borei p’ree ha-adama.

We praise God, Ruler of Everything, who creates the fruits of the earth.
