The reason why I choose the seder plate as my clip is that all of the foods on the plate symbolize something such as remembering being in Egypt and freedom and etc. This is important because on the first night of Passover when we are sitting at the seder as we are eating the foods we should remember the 10 plagues, the story in the book of Shemot, and to remember how we left Egypt. Each food on the seder plate symbolizes something.

Chorset-  Symbolizes the bricks that slaves used to build for Pharoh.

Egg- Symbolises rebirth and renewal

Zroah- Symbolizes the Pesach sacrifice.

Karpas- Symbolizes the freshness of spring and slavery by the Hebrews.

Melah- The tears that the Hebrews shed in their slavery in Egypt.
