Why do we say “this is the bread of affliction, let all hungry come and eat with us”. Why should we be giving poor people bread of affliction, we should give them good food?

It is the bread of affliction but eventually, it will become the bread of freedom

We are inviting them for Karban pesach, but we have to have them in mind for them to be in יוצא in it, so how can they eat it? We are only inviting them in for afikomen. But we apologize to them in the next sentence and say that next year we'll be in yerushalayim and have a real korban pesach and you can join us then

Why in Aramaic? Since תורה שבעל פה is in Aramaic the non Jews won’t hear us saying that we will “rebel” and return to our land so we put it in a language they won’t understand
