Below is a contribution to the Haggadah from Greg, Chloe and I. We look forward to these pesachdike brownies each year! 

Chocolate Brownies in a Jiffy

250ml oil, 4 eggs, 500ml sugar, 125ml potato flour, 125ml pecan nuts chopped, 125ml cocoa, vanilla essence.

Mix all of the above ingredients together well and pour into well oiled baking tin. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 mins. Cut into squares when cool. Enjoy!
