Now we will take the middle matzah and break it in half.
The larger half is called the Afikomen (dessert in Greek). The leader will hide it somewhere, and the person who finds it, wins!

[spoken]

This is the bread of poverty and affliction which our ancestors ate in the land of Egypt. All who are hungry, come and eat; all who are needy, come and celebrate Passover with us. This year we are here; next year we will be in Israel. This year we are slaves; next year we will be free.

So many of throughout the world still eat of the bread of poverty and affliction. Let us remember this passover to reach an outstretched hand toward those who are still oppressed, and help them free themselves from unwanted bondage.
